Roll Off Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

*Hauling Fees-

Haul fees are charged every time a dumpster is provided at Customers job site. PLUS: a tonnage fee in some cases, based on the type/ weight of refuse. (i.e. municipal solid waste (MSW), construction and demolition (C&D), recyclables or inert).

*Extra Fees-

“Dry Run $180.25 will be charged in cases when a service is requested and the customer is not able to give our drivers access to the dumpster, the dumpster is overfilled or obstructed and can not be serviced safely.

Extended Container Use” (rental) charges will be billed if dumpsters are kept longer than negotiated. ($15/ day) If Customer requests a swap out, the initial rental period will start over.

“Relocation” $180.25 will be charged if the customer would like to move the dumpster to better accommodate the job site.

“Contamination” $103/ ton will be billed to all customers who contaminate dumpster loads with hazardous waste. And in cases that an Inert dumpster (dirt, concrete, gravel, asphalt etc.) is contaminated with other waste debris.

“Special Handling” fees are billed at $180.25/ hour in such cases as but not limited to: driver leveling off dumpster by climbing in and adjusting overfilled materials, driver has to move objects in order to get dumpster on the truck, driver has to shovel snow, driver has to wait due to prolonged delay caused by customer etc.

“Mattress Disposal/ Box Spring” fees are billed at $25.75 per mattress and/ or box spring.

*Scheduling and Damage Waiver-

Customer warrants and represents that any location provided by customer for the dumpster is sufficient and will bear the weight of the dumpster and any vehicle required to transport the dumpster. Company shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement or any other surface material damage, lawns, fences, shrubbery, septic systems, irrigation system, cable and utility lines or private wells. On the day that the dumpster is scheduled to be picked up by Company, Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster. If the dumpster is inaccessible, the Customer shall be charged dry run fees as set forth above.

*DO NOT OVERFILL-

Dumpsters are considered full when the waste materials are level with the top rim. If the dumpster is overloaded, the Company can not legally haul the dumpster until the dumpster is leveled off. Customers who request an overfilled dumpster to be emptied will be billed dry run fees as set forth above. Company reserves the right to remove debris from the dumpster in order to service safely and in such cases special handling fees will be charged as set forth above.

*Response Time-

All requests are done on a next day basis. Although in many cases we try to accommodate same-day requests. Company has a limited inventory and may require 48hr notice for install requests.

*Do Not Move Dumpsters-

Company will do our best to place the dumpster according to Customers instructions. Once the dumpster is placed do not move it. Moving the dumpster without the proper equipment will cause damage to them. Dumpsters damaged by Customers will be billed at a rate of $125/ hour for necessary repairs.

*Do Not Dispose-

Toxic/ hazardous waste such as paint, oil, batteries, chemicals, TV’s, computers, monitors, insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, cleaning supplies, propane tanks, asbestos, tires or appliances containing refrigerant (Freon), railroad ties, dirt, concrete, asphalt and sod. If loads taken to be emptied are found with these materials, special handling fees and contamination fees will be billed as set forth above.

*Concrete, Dirt, Rock, Gravel, Sod and Asphalt-

Require special handling because of their weight. 15, 20 & 30YD dumpsters may NOT BE USED FOR THESE TYPES OF MATERIALS. If a dumpster is misused Customer shall be responsible for the off loading of the material and shall be responsible for “dry run” fees as set forth above. Rentals designated for such material may not be contaminated with waste debris. In order for Company to recycle the material, strict guidelines must be adhered, Customer is responsible to familiarize themselves with the correct methods and procedures Company requires for this type of service. If load is “dirty” customer shall be responsible for “dry run”, “special handling” and/ or added “disposal” as set forth above.
