DRAG N FLY DISPOSAL – TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT

  • Customer notification: You must call to schedule a pickup when the dumpster is ready.
  • Access: Ensure the driver has clear, unobstructed access to the dumpster for both delivery and pickup. The company is not liable for damage to property surfaces like driveways, lawns, and septic systems.
  • Property authority: You confirm you are authorized to have a dumpster placed on the requested property.
  • No unauthorized moves: Do not move the dumpster after it has been placed. Moving the container without proper equipment may cause damage, resulting in repair fees.
  • Payments and liens: Invoices are due upon receipt. The company can place a lien on your property for non-payment.
  • No guarantee on timing: Same-day service requests are not guaranteed and depend on factors like weather and inventory. For time-sensitive needs, coordinate in advance.

Fees and charges

  • Hauling and disposal: Pricing depends on location, dumpster size, and material weight. Final disposal charges, including landfill fees, are typically assessed after pickup.
  • Extended use: Keeping the dumpster longer than the agreed-upon period will result in additional daily rental charges. $10/ day
  • Dry run: A fee will be charged if the driver cannot service the dumpster due to it being overfilled, blocked, or if you failed to provide access. $150/ Dry Run
  • Contamination: Improperly mixing materials or including prohibited items will incur additional fees and disposal costs. 
  • Special handling: Hourly fees apply for driver assistance with tasks such as leveling overfilled dumpsters, moving obstructions, or waiting due to delays. $150/ Hr
  • Itemized fees: Extra charges apply for specific items like mattresses and box springs. $25 Mileage fees may apply for service outside the standard area. Up to $4/ Per Mile

Usage rules

  • Do not overfill: Fill waste to be level with the top rim. An overfilled dumpster is illegal to transport and will incur dry run and special handling fees.
  • Prohibited materials: Do not dispose of hazardous or toxic waste (e.g., paint, oil, batteries), tires, or appliances with refrigerants. Contamination fees will apply.
  • Dirt, concrete, and heavy materials: Use specific dumpsters for heavy materials like dirt, concrete, rock, gravel, and asphalt.
    • 30-yard dumpsters cannot be used for these materials.
    • These loads must be kept “clean” and free of other debris for recycling.
    • Failure to follow these rules will result in additional fees
